One's budget is an important factor in determining the end product of your home. Whether yours is modest or extravagant, it is human nature to want more than your budget will allow.

If you haven't already done so, you will need to determine what your budget will be. Consulting a financial professional is advisable before you begin the construction process. Every detail, from choice of lot to selecting bathroom hardware, is subject to budget considerations.

Bennett Builders understands the elements of design and cost of components and will guide you through the exciting selection process. This requires a willingness to make decisions consistent with your predetermined budget. When building a custom home, the components can be upgraded or changed, and the cost can be adjusted accordingly. This allows you the final choice as to where you place the value, be it in hardwood floors, rock exterior, extensive decking, or maybe even your own personal steam room.

Many customers come to us wanting to know how much per square foot their new house will cost.
