The Builder / Owner

George Bennett, owner and founder of Bennett Builders, directs and maintains our team of experts. Bringing decades of experience to bear on your project, George has supervised, managed and built a wide range of projects from chicken farms and tree houses to commercial tenant improvements and multimillion dollar custom homes.

George is also Bennett Builders's in-house designer and draftsman and is the main force behind our design/build projects. Initially trained as an artist in the 70's before entering the world of construction in the 80's, George has a developed sense both for aesthetics and practicality. One of his greatest strengths is creative problem-solving, as he is able to find realistic solutions when structual and design challenges arise during the course of construction without neglecting visual and aesthic concerns. George will interact directly with you the owner, and/or your architect to address challenges related to the design and construction of your project.

The Management Team

Kathy Andrade, Operations Director & Sales: An experienced business manager, Kathy ensures that the projects are progressing within budget and on time, and that all financial reporting related to the jobs is done frequently and accurately. She is involved in all phases of the projects and interacts with the clients before, during and after Bennett Builders takes on the project.

Eric Basalyga, Project Manager: Eric is the head of the construction team composed of our employees, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers. Eric and George survey the plans, ensures that the construction materials are ordered and arrive at the job site a timely fashion. After the estimating phase is completed, Eric and George accompany the client through the building process and communicates frequently to ensure that each client is well updated on the progress of their new home. A veteran of the business, Eric has been in construction all of his adult life and has worked with various contractors and supervisors over the years in between his own projects.
