Collin Young (Main House)

Bennett Builders renovated the original building, adding about 2,500 square feet onto the original 1,000, and updating that original 1,000 nearly beyond recognition. The existing kitchen was expanded, a dining room added, two new bedrooms and three bathrooms added, the living room remodeled, and more, all in only nine weeks, as the owners wanted. The children's room is decorated to resemble the interior of a medieval castle, complete with hanging standards, a wooden gate, and a crenellated wall. The rest of the home has somewhat of a Buddhist-inspired aesthetic, which goes well with the roof style and the garden area, which includes a mossy waterfall.
