Simes

The Simes design was a product of the owners working with Bennett Builders to design their own home - and the clients liked the design so much when it was finished that they used it to built another house for themselves in Montana. It is a three bedroom, two bathroom, 3,500 square foot house located in Bayview Estates. For the interior carpentry, Mrs. Simes presented Bennett Builders with pictures of furniture that she was going to have, and Bennett Builders's carpenters matched its style. In addition, painters were hired to paint floral frescoes directly onto the walls of the interior of the house. The property also features a small area near the outside of the kitchen for growing orchids. It is a good example of the control Bennett Builders gives to the clients to customize their new homes, and of the steps we will take to satisfy the client's wants.
