Matucha / Delmont

The Matucha / Delmont house is the largest house to date that Bennett Builders has constructed. Measuring about 9,000 square feet, it is located in Honokahau, and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. 7,000 of these square feet are devoted to living space; the house is surrounded by about 1,000 square feet of lanai, and has a 4-door, 1,000 square foot garage. The house is located on 18 acres of property, and was designed by Allenby and Associates, whose website you can find on our Architect's page.
