Gundel / Ungari

The Gundel residence is a 3,500 square foot house with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Although placed on a somewhat awkward lot, the designer, Richtor Reynolds, situated the house to face towards the ocean and to maximize the view. The floor plan is nicely spread out in this unique design; the house even contains a separate guest area with a separate living room. The house also includes such features as a pergola-covered gate, and a pool, which is customized to fit into the oddly-shaped lot.
