Bergerman

The Bergerman residence is a 2,000 square foot house with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, located in Bayview Estates. The owner, a Canadian architect, designed the house for himself; he also worked with Bennett Builders in designing the McNaughton residence. In addition to a pool, the house features an interior courtyard, which is accessed through a gate.
