Awakea

The Spec house on Awakea Street is similar in design and purpose to the spec houses on Alihilani and Olu Olu streets; however, at 2,000 square feet, with four bedrooms and three bedrooms, it is considerably larger. The difference lies cheifly in the addition of a few rooms downstairs-including a laundry room with a chute connecting to the upper floor-instead of having only the upstairs containing living space, as is the case with the other spec houses in that area.
